The turnkey layer. A host, a landlord, a seller or a care home should be able to press one button and have the cleaning, the linen, the keys, the photography, the survey, the conveyancing and the agent arranged by people who have been checked, trained and rated. That is what Approved means.
What Approved means
Checked
Identity, right to work, insurance, and the professional registration where there is one: the SRA or CLC number for a conveyancer, RICS for a surveyor, the CAA operator ID and flyer ID for a drone pilot, Propertymark or the redress scheme for an agent, a DBS check for anyone who enters homes alone.
Trained
Homebinding runs its own short courses where the industry has none. The Approved cleaning course covers the holiday let turnaround, the changeover checklist, laundry and linen standards, safety and reporting, and ends in a practical assessment and a certificate that appears on the cleaner's profile and on every listing they service. Courses for key holders, meet and greet hosts and viewing assistants follow the same pattern.
Rated
Every job booked through the record is rated by the person who paid for it, and only by them. The rating, the number of jobs and the certificate show on the provider's page. A provider who falls below the standard loses the badge until they are reassessed.
Booked from the record
A host's calendar knows when a guest leaves; the clean is offered to Approved cleaners in that place automatically, with the linen order to the linen company alongside. A seller's record knows when photographs are due; the photographer and the drone pilot are booked from it. Payment goes through the record, so the provider is paid on completion and the customer has one invoice.
